Pre-Kindergarten Program
Age: 4+ (must be 4 by September 30)
Enrollment:Standard academic year, please contact us regarding enrollment after September 1.
Recognizing the natural curiosity and willingness to learn at this age, the Pre-K Program fosters this by teaching communication, writing, identifying numbers and uppercase letters, beginning sounds, sequencing and comprehension. Social development is encouraged through establishing rules for social living and facilitating successful problem solving strategies. All of this learning takes place in a nurturing environment that builds on the child’s self esteem, identity, and self-confidence.

Program activities include first and last name recognition and writing, understanding calendars, working with puzzles and shapes as well as supervised science and nature experiments. Children enjoy music and art, story time and creative free-play in a variety of program centers, as well as physical activities on our outdoor playground.
